Job summary

Worley is seeking a Specialist Civil Engineer in Abu Dhabi for a full-time role supporting EPC/FEED activities in Oil & Gas. The role focuses on technical assurance, compliance with discipline scope, and reviews of contractor documentation.

You will participate in progress and technical meetings, ensuring design quality and conformance to standards. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent) with extensive Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project experience, including

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
At least 5 years in a similar mega project role.
ADNOC & offshore project experience required.
PMC experience required.
Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required.

Responsibilities

Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
Identify, evaluate, and resolve project management issues during the FEED phases.
Identify, evaluate, and resolve electrical engineering issues.
Act on behalf of Owner on all EPC/FEED contractor matters and coordinate activities.
Review and approve contractor deliverables and key design documents.
Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.
Ensure quality procedures are established, maintained and implemented.
Coordinate auditing activities and interface with third parties.
