شركة اسمنت الخليج is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead civil and structural engineering for cement and grinding plants. The role focuses on ensuring the integrity of foundations, buildings and infrastructure, while coordinating with maintenance and production teams to align schedules and upgrades.

The candidate will review supplier drawings, supervise on-site works, and manage contractors, with emphasis on safety, quality, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in civil/structural design for heavy industrial facilities.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and international codes.

Responsabilités

• Hold overall responsibility for civil/structural infrastructure of cement and grinding plants.
• Inspect and assess plant civil infrastructure and plan repairs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production to align civil works.
• Review design calculations and drawings from suppliers.
• Manage civil/structural contractors, tendering support, and on-site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and local regs.
• Support geotechnical investigations and foundation design.
• Prepare scopes of work, BOQs, and cost estimates.
