شركة اسمنت الخليج is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to implement and monitor HSE programs at the cement plant in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on reducing incidents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting safe working practices across all operations.

Responsibilities include conducting JSA and risk assessments, coordinating safety trainings, and leading incident investigations with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in cement, heavy industry, or process manufacturing.
• Experience in kiln, quarry, or heavy industrial environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement and maintain plant HSE policies, procedures and safe work practices.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments for plant activities.
• Coordinate and conduct safety inductions and training for employees and contractors.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Prepare monthly HSE performance reports and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
