Qualifications

• Own Your Section and keep it organized for every service.
• Master mise en place ensuring prepped and stocked before busy periods.
• Lead and support Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Cook and present dishes according to Mama's recipes and standards.
• Guide junior kitchen staff during service.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety at all times.
