Splash Software is seeking a senior CFO-level financial expert with deep crypto, investment, and digital asset experience to shape our financial systems and product strategy. You will design workflows, controls, and calculations to ensure accurate financial data within our platform.

The role focuses on financial architecture, governance, and scalable software partnerships with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data teams to translate complex markets into robust software solutions for

Qualifications

10+ years in financial markets, asset management, trading, fintech, or digital assets.
Senior-level roles such as CFO, CIO, Finance Director, Head of Trading or equivalent.
Hands-on knowledge of financial systems and institutional workflows.
Significant crypto or digital assets experience.
Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio management and trading operations.
Ability to translate financial processes into software requirements.
Collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and Data teams.

Responsibilities

Translate complex financial concepts into robust software requirements and workflows.
Define financial architecture, controls, calculations, and data models for crypto products.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Data teams to ensure institution-grade systems.
