Qualifications

Chief Financial Officer / Financial Domain Expert -Crypto, Investment & Trading Products

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior CFO-level financial expert with deep experience in crypto, investment

management, ETFs, trading, staking, treasury, and digital asset markets to help define, design, and
validate the financial systems and products developed by our software company.

This role is primarily focused on product strategy, financial architecture, business logic, workflows,
controls, calculations, and domain accuracy.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Software Architects, Engineers, Data teams, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex financial concepts into robust, scalable, and institution-grade software systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial-market expertise with the ability to structure financial processes into clear system requirements, workflows, rules, calculations, data models, and operational controls.

• Experience with financial reporting, valuation, reconciliation, accounting, or fund operations.
