Job summary

Splash Software in Dubai seeks a senior CFO-level financial expert with deep crypto, investment management, ETFs, trading, staking, and treasury experience to design financial systems and product logic for our software platform.

You will translate complex market concepts into clear system requirements, workflows, data models, and controls, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Data teams to ensure robustness and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across financial markets, investment management, asset management, trading, fintech or digital assets.
• Senior-level roles such as CFO, CIO, Finance Director, or Head of Treasury/Investments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of financial systems and institutional workflows.
• Experience with crypto or digital assets and portfolio trading operations.
• Ability to translate financial processes into software requirements and collaborate with product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial concepts into robust software requirements and data models.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and Data teams to ensure accuracy and scalability.
• Define financial systems architecture for crypto, ETFs, and treasury functions.
• Lead as the financial authority within a software product organization.
