Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Prior geosteering experience with horizontal wells is strongly preferred.
Experience in well planning, drilling rig operations, geo-steering techniques, and mud logging is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential due to cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Geosteering horizontal wells in real time to optimize wellbore placement.
Collaborate with geologists, drilling engineers, reservoir engineers, and mud loggers.
Interpret subsurface data in real time and provide technical analyses.
Make decisive technical decisions during planning and execution.
