Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Education, Communications, Career Development, Management, or a related field.
• Desirable: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional experience in internship/work experience coordination, industry engagement, career services, or work-integrated learning is required.
• Training or certification in career development, internship/work-integrated learning, employer engagement, or partnership development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the University’s work experience and internship program, building relationships with employers, organizations, and industry partners.
• Identify and secure quality internship/work experience opportunities aligned with students’ programs and career goals.
• Facilitate placement processes by coordinating with students, departments, employers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain updated database of participating employers, records, feedback, and reports for outcomes.
• Support planning and delivery of career development activities such as workshops, talks, fairs, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to expand internship, career, and student engagement opportunities.
