Job summary

American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) invites an Officer – Alumni Engagement and Employability to join the Alumni and Career Services Department. The role strengthens alumni engagement, enhances student employability, and delivers career services programs to connect students and graduates with employers and industry partners.

You will build relationships with alumni, employers, and industry partners while supporting students in career readiness, internships, and employment opportunities,

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
• Record of accomplishment of fostering collaboration and lasting partnerships.
• Superior organization skills and ability to complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alumni engagement initiatives such as events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain alumni records and ensure effective communication with alumni.
• Support career development programs and student employability activities.
• Provide guidance on CV development, interview prep, job-search strategies, and professional networking.
