Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 8+ years of Sales Management experience in UAE.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of banking sales origination and lead management systems.
• Business sales acumen.
• Compliance and Ethics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve acquisition targets for Covered Card and related products.
• Lead onboarding, development and performance of the sales team.
• Expand relationships to market product propositions through the sales force.
• Close business with new corporates to grow market share.
• Identify new companies and industry segments to expand market reach.
• Set and monitor sales targets and provide training where needed.
• Monitor team performance and drive KPI attainment.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
• Develop and execute sales campaigns.
