Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/PM in Dubai to own BRDs for card products (debit, credit, prepaid) and digital banking features. You will coordinate with Way4 and card schemes, lead migrations, and define customer-facing flows for activation and wallet provisioning.

You will ensure regulatory compliance (KYC, sanctions) and collaborate across tech, ops, and vendors to deliver initiatives on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a similar role within payments or financial services.
• Proven track record launching and managing card products (credit, debit, prepaid) or related payment solutions.
• Deep understanding of card networks (Visa, Mastercard), payment processing, and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, EMV).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business requirements documentation (BRDs) for card products and digital banking features.
• Coordinate with core card management systems to define API-level requirements.
• Manage relationships with card schemes and processors on product launches, scheme compliance, and issue resolution.
• Lead card migration and platform transition projects, including production support coordination and data reconciliation.
• Define and document customer-facing flows for activation, block/replace, freeze/unfreeze, top-up, and digital wallet provisioning (Apple Pay/Google Pay).
• Investigate and resolve operational issues related to card processing, settlement, reconciliation, and third-party integrations.
• Prepare and present stakeholder updates on product launches, roadmaps, and project status to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure requirements and product features align with regulatory obligations, including sanctions screening, KYC, and consumer protection standards.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery of card and digital banking initiatives.
