Job summary

Kunnected Living Facilities Management Services LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced IT/CAFM Team Leader to oversee CAFM, BMS dashboards, and Helpdesk systems for a university student accommodation project. You will manage integrations with ERP, IoT and security systems, ensuring data integrity and contract compliance.

The role requires a strong technical background, 12–15 years in CAFM/BMS/IT infrastructure, and proven leadership to drive digital FM services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
12–15 years of CAFM/BMS/IT infrastructure management experience.
Strong knowledge of FM operations, SLA-based contracts and system integrations.
Experience with networks, servers, Wi‑Fi and cybersecurity.
Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
Experience in residential or large-scale student accommodation environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure, operate, and maintain the CAFM platform to support PMM, reactive maintenance, SLAs and service requests.
Manage integration between CAFM and ERP, IoT, and BMS systems for real‑time monitoring.
Oversee CAFM integration with BMS, Helpdesk, and IoT systems for reporting.
Administer and maintain CAFM platform users, roles, permissions and workflows.
Develop, implement, and maintain workflows aligned with contractual requirements and KPIs.
