Job summary

AL Marwan General Contracting Company is seeking an experienced CAFM Coordinator to support daily Facilities Management operations, CAFM workflow management, and performance monitoring. The role requires a Bachelor's or Diploma in Facilities Management, 5+ years of UAE FM experience, and strong knowledge of CAFM systems such as Yardi, Maximo, Facilio, and Salesforce.

You will manage Work Orders, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and generate performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM systems, including Yardi, Maximo, Facilio, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of Work Order management, SLA/KPI monitoring, and CAFM reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the CAFM system and monitor SLA and KPI compliance.
• Upload and track Work Orders (WOs) for PPM, CM, RM, fit-out, and unit turn-on operations.
• Audit workflow assignments and ensure accurate updates in the Yardi CAFM system.
• Prepare CAFM performance reports and operational dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely responses and compliance with priority timelines.
• Monitor material flow and maintain accurate records in the CAFM system.
• Coordinate daily operational activities, transactions, and workflow requirements.
• Identify and report breached Work Orders and non-compliant transactions.
• Support continuous improvement in CAFM processes and operational efficiency.
