Job summary

Uae Job Alert is seeking an experienced CAFM Operator in Dubai to support the management of its Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system. The successful candidate will maintain accurate asset information, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure efficient use of CAFM software to enhance operational performance.

This role requires a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, alongside strong organizational and communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic facilities management sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAFM Operator or in a similar facilities management role.
• Strong understanding of facility maintenance operations and asset management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the CAFM platform to support facility management operations.
• Act as the first point of contact for CAFM-related support requests.
• Coordinate work order management and support daily facility operations.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
