Job summary

Dutco Construction is seeking a Senior Draughtsman (fit-out) to lead the drafting team and produce precise technical drawings aligned with project requirements. You will mentor draftsmen, ensure adherence to standards, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate concepts into detailed drawings.

Applicants should have 6–8 years in CAD drafting within construction or fit-out, with strong AutoCAD/SolidWorks skills and a focus on accuracy and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• 6–8 years of CAD drafting experience in construction or fit-out.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams with CAD software.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to draftsmen, ensuring standards.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with design standards.
