Job summary

Senior Software Engineer (C++) with a focus on low-latency crypto trading is sought for a Dubai-based HFT trading firm or remote work arrangement. The role involves building market data and exchange connectivity, developing live trading algorithms, and relentlessly optimizing systems for nanos latency.

You will lead technical initiatives end to end and collaborate across teams without ego. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in C++, deep experience in high-load environments, strong data structures

Qualifications

• 8+ years in C++ (10+ total software development experience).
• Proven form in high-load, low-latency systems, not "worked near one," actually built one.
• Strong grip on design patterns, data structures, algorithms.
• Networking protocols familiarity; Websockets/FIX/Kafka exposure is a bonus, not a blocker.
• Financial markets or HFT background; trading strategy dev experience is a nice-to-have.
• Debugging instincts sharp enough to hunt down nasty, intermittent prod bugs.
• Comfortable leading, either now or ready to grow into leading a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining market data + exchange connectivity to crypto exchanges

• Optimising the trading system for micros/nanos — not a KPI, a religion
