We're looking for a Middle C++ Developer to help build and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure for cryptocurrency markets.

In this role, you'll develop high-performance C++ applications, build new exchange connectivity, reduce latency across critical components, and improve the reliability of production trading systems. You'll work closely with engineering, trading, and data teams on software where every microsecond matters.

Our client is a proprietary trading company specializing in high-frequency and algorithmic trading. The company develops its own trading infrastructure, market connectivity, and quantitative technologies for automated trading in cryptocurrency markets.

Location: Dubai, UAE / Poland(full-time, office-based).

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of software development experience, primarily with modern C++;
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns;
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including REST and WebSockets.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of financial markets, high-frequency trading, or distributed systems;
• Experience with the FIX protocol;
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Kibana, Grafana, or Prometheus;
• Experience with Python or Kafka.
