We're looking for a Quant Developer to join a team developing ultra-low-latency trading systems.
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of quantitative research, trading, and high-performance C++ engineering. You'll collaborate with quant researchers to transform trading models into production-ready software, optimize latency-critical components, and improve the performance of live trading strategies.
Our client is a proprietary trading company specializing in high‑frequency and algorithmic trading. The company develops its own trading infrastructure, market connectivity, and quantitative technologies for automated trading in cryptocurrency markets.
Location: Dubai, UAE / Poland (full-time, office‑based).
We are offering:
- Work on production trading systems where latency and performance directly affect trading results;
- Collaborate closely with quant researchers, traders, and C++ engineers on production trading strategies;
- Design and optimize ultra‑low‑latency trading infrastructure and strategy implementations;
- High ownership of production strategy code and latency‑critical components;
- Competitive compensation package based on your experience and technical level;
- Relocation packages;
- Company workations twice a year;
- A flat engineering structure with opportunities to grow and take on more technical responsibility.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of financial mathematics, statistics, algorithms, and data structures;
- Commercial experience developing high-performance applications with modern C++;
- Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming;
- Understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and high‑frequency trading;
