Job summary

Al Tayer Group’s Luxury Menswear Buying team is seeking a highly organised Senior Buying Admin Assistant to support a fast-paced, multi-brand department store across multiple categories. You will manage critical admin processes, produce sales and product reports, coordinate with suppliers and maintain accurate data throughout the buying cycle.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Buying/ Merchandising Administration within luxury fashion, excellent Excel skills, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Buying Administration, Merchandising Administration or planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Luxury Menswear Buying team across the buying cycle.
• Prepare and maintain regular sales, product, inventory and commercial reports for Buyers, stores and suppliers.
• Support creation and maintenance of product buy books, seasonal presentations and pre-buy materials.
• Conduct competitor price analysis, shopping reports and market benchmarking for insights.
• Maintain accurate product master data, databases, records and product hierarchies.
• Coordinate product information and ensure accuracy of descriptions and imagery.
