Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven business development and senior sales experience within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
• Established relationships with UAE-based developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, corporate clients, and property owners.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, projects, exhibitions, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure interior design projects across UAE sectors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and high-value projects within the UAE interior design market.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, to contract finalization.
• Receive and act on regular client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions with decision-makers.
