Job summary

jobr.pro is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in Dubai to lead and deliver complex bridge construction and civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 20+ years in bridge construction or project management, PMP or equivalent, strong leadership, proficiency with MS Project or Primavera, and excellent communication skills; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in bridge Construction Management and/or project management.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
• Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costs.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.
