Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or business administration.
• 6+ years in related field (8+ years if master's).
• Experience in community engagement and CSR activities.
• Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting practices.
• Familiarity with planning and supporting marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Understanding of marketing, commercial, and pricing management principles.
• Ability to support project coordination and implementation activities.
• Understanding of the organization’s business context and operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement CSR policies, governance frameworks, and sustainability initiatives aligned with RTA's objectives.
• Plan and follow up on CSR programs and community initiatives including road safety and social responsibility.
• Coordinate with internal units to develop annual CSR and community engagement plans.
• Support strategic marketing and CSR plans by integrating community engagement, sustainability, and national identity initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of CSR initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Identify community needs and partnership opportunities to support targeted CSR initiatives.
