Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority (Dubai) seeks a senior leader to oversee international partnerships, executive communications, and external relations. The role aligns with the Authority’s strategic priorities and international engagements, coordinating with DG/Chairman and senior officials.

You will shape leadership messaging, prepare executive materials, and manage international partnerships with governments and agencies, ensuring protocol and consistency in engagement outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Authority’s policies and directions for international partnerships and relationship management.
• Strengthen and expand the DG/Chairman’s strategic relationships with internal, local, regional, and international entities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic leadership communication plans and content.
• Support strategic external communications and media operations with planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop performance reports aligned with the Authority’s strategic direction for executive decision‑making.
• Manage the partnership category at RTA (International Partners) and evaluate performance.
• Identify and develop new initiatives aligned with strategic priorities and international engagement.
• Analyse and monitor International MoUs, coordinate action plans and approvals.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, speeches, and talking points for the DG/Chairman.
• Prepare policies and frameworks for managing relationships with international stakeholders.
