Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategies, plans and execution across brands and channels, owning the Integrated Brand Plan and initiative master plan. You will drive brand investments informed by P&L considerations to maximize profitability and ensure plans win with key customers and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant marketing experience is needed.
• Experience can be in brand management, category management, marketing, or a related commercial role, with demonstrated involvement in brand plans and execution.
• FMCG industry Experience is preferred.
• Arabic speaking is a plus.

• Brand strategy and growth: Brand strategies and plans translate clearly defined objectives into focused execution and measurable brand growth.
• Integrated plan execution: The Integrated Brand Plan and initiative master plan are executed with clear priorities, strong coordination, and timely delivery.
• Investment effectiveness: Brand investment decisions are informed by P&L considerations and support improved profitability.
• Customer and channel delivery: Plans are designed and executed to win with key customers and channels.
• Innovation and collaboration: New ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products are identified and led effectively, supported by strong collaboration and continuous learning.
