Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a confident Brand & Communications Manager to strengthen the brand presence across e-commerce, entrepreneurship, and business education. The role combines brand, PR, corporate communications, partnerships, thought leadership, content, events, and media relations.

The candidate will represent the brand publicly across media and events, aligning communications with business goals including awareness, credibility, lead generation, and market growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
• Master's degree, MBA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification would be a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, PR, communications, media, marketing, or a related role.
• Proven professional experience across the MENA region is essential.
• Strong understanding of branding, PR, media relations, corporate communications, content, partnerships, and integrated marketing communications.
• Fluent English written and spoken; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's brand and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen positioning within e-commerce, entrepreneurship, and digital business ecosystem.
• Maintain brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and visual communication across channels.
• Define key messages, value proposition, expertise, and market perspective.
• Translate complex topics into clear, credible, and engaging communications.
• Develop and execute PR and media relations strategies across the MENA region.
• Build relationships with journalists, media, podcast hosts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, talking points, and announcements; manage inquiries.
• Act as public spokesperson; participate in TV, digital, print media, podcasts, events.
• Develop thought leadership content and participate in conferences, podcasts, webinars, and workshops.
• Identify partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate company events, launches, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars.
• Track brand metrics, media coverage, and impact on lead generation and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated communication and strong messaging.
