Job summary

Antal International in Dubai is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to own end-to-end growth and marketing for one or more categories within the UAE market. You will drive ideation through execution with a bias for action, defining brand positioning and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

The role requires data-driven decision making, deep consumer understanding in the UAE, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM and category teams to improve acquisition, onboarding and retention.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of marketing experience in the GCC (mandatory).
• Experience in startups, consumer internet, FMCG, e-commerce or high-growth brands.
• Hands-on ownership across strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and marketing for one or more categories.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with category and business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of UAE consumers through data, market research & interviews.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable campaigns and messaging.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Drive growth across the funnel including awareness, consideration, conversion and repeat usage.
• Partner with Product, CRM and Category teams to drive new user acquisition and adoption.
• Rapidly test, measure and iterate initiatives based on performance.
• Define brand positioning and campaign strategy across key service categories.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across app, CRM, paid and offline touchpoints.
