Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) in Dubai is seeking an Operations and Service Officer to manage branch operations, control and approval processes, and drive sales and service delivery. The role includes staff management, conformance to policy, and customer engagement to promote ADIB products.

The candidate should have 4-5 years of UAE banking experience or equivalent retail sales background, with strong communication skills and a proactive coaching mindset.

Qualifications

• Must know retail banking products, processes, and policies.
• 4-5 years of banking experience in UAE preferred, or strong retail sales experience.
• Strong computer literacy and tech-savviness.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and control/approval processes.
• Drive sales and business acquisition; manage service delivery and staff coordination.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and procedures with audits in mind.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve performance and cross-sell opportunities.
• Engage with customers to promote ADIB deposit, finance, cards, and takaful products.
