High Street Resources (HSR) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role involves client acquisition and relationship development in the OTC derivatives brokerage sector, particularly in eFX and CFDs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business, at least 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives, and possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, along with a willingness to commute to Abu Dhabi regularly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives (eFX, CFDs).
• Proven track record with a regulated brokerage firm.
• Strong existing and convertible client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Originate and onboard new clients through proactive networking.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle including KYC, onboarding.
• Collaborate across internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
