Qualifications

Hands-on experience servicing laboratory analytical instruments from leading brands.
UAE engineering registration or licence preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and calibrate laboratory analytical and diagnostic instruments at client sites.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across a wide range of laboratory equipment brands.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical faults; carry out repairs.
Provide technical support and end-user training on instrument operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate service records, calibration logs, and technical documentation.
Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to source spare parts and technical resources.
Ensure installations and maintenance comply with UAE regulatory and laboratory safety standards.
Respond to client service requests and after-hours call-outs as required.
