Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience servicing laboratory analytical instruments across brands.
• UAE engineering registration/licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate laboratory analytical instruments at client sites.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across laboratory equipment brands.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults; carry out repairs.
• Provide technical support and end-user training on instrument operation and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records, calibration logs, and technical documentation.
• Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to source spare parts.
• Ensure installations and maintenance comply with UAE regulatory and safety standards.
• Respond to client service requests and after-hour call-outs as required.
