Job description

Lead Form Collation on Gathering Line

Oversee the collation process to ensure accurate sequencing and alignment of forms. Identify and resolve misfeeds or missing sections, and coordinate with the Foreman for verification before proceeding to binding.

Verify Binding Parameters Against Specifications

Cross-check all binding parameters including paper size, margin alignment, cover placement, and binding type (e.g., perfect binding, saddle stitch, wiro, comb) as per job sheet and client requirements. Flag any deviations and initiate corrective actions promptly.

Manual Binding of Office & Stationery Jobs

Handle binding of internal office materials and stationery sets with attention to durability, presentation, and compliance with internal branding standards. Prepare dummy samples for client approval when required.
