Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and smooth operation of all entry-end equipment including uncoiler, stitching, and tension.
• Follow established operating procedures to ensure production targets are met.
• Conduct pre-operation checks to ensure machinery is in good working condition.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols during coil handling, cutting, and changeovers.
• Inspect coated coils for surface defects, gloss level, color shade, and edge quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including output quantities and machine performance data.
• Communicate effectively with coating, entry, and maintenance teams for smooth line operation.
• Lead shift handover meetings with proper documentation.
• Quickly respond to line stoppages or mechanical/electrical issues at exit/entry section.
