Qualifications

• 5–8 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Significant experience in precast concrete BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit Structure and precast modeling.
• Experience preparing precast shop, fabrication, production, and erection drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for precast elements using Revit and related software.
• Prepare precast shop drawings, fabrication drawings, erection drawings, and production drawings.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Review drawings to ensure accurate modeling and compliance with standards.
• Guide junior BIM Modelers and support BIM deliverables for project timelines.
