Job summary

Azizi Developments seeks a highly skilled Precast BIM Modeler to lead the development of detailed, high-LOD 3D BIM models for precast elements across its portfolio. You will translate design info into production-ready models and mentor junior modellers while coordinating with design engineers and production teams.

The role requires advanced Revit and Navisworks proficiency, experience with precast detailing on UAE/GCC projects, and strong attention to BIM standards and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Construction Technology.
• 7–10 years of BIM/Revit modelling experience with 5+ years in precast detailing.
• Proven precast modelling experience on UAE/GCC projects, with UAE familiarity.
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks; AutoCAD; Tekla Structures knowledge; BIM 360/ACC is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to mentor junior modellers and draftsmen.

Responsibilities

• Lead modelling of precast structural and architectural elements to the required LOD.
• Build and maintain parametric Revit families and content libraries.
• Translate drawings and design info into accurate 3D models and production drawings.
• Incorporate reinforcement, connections, and embedded items into models.
• Review junior modeller outputs for accuracy and BIM standard compliance.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate with BIM Coordinator.
• Extract general arrangement drawings, schedules and quantities from models.
• Maintain model quality, naming conventions, LOD, and BEP version control.
• Support production with model clarifications and drawing revisions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
