Role Context

The Senior BIM Engineer will provide leadership across digital construction workflows, ensuring BIM models, shop drawings and associated information are developed according to defined project standards. Beyond model production, the position carries responsibility for BIM execution planning, quality assurance, software management and team development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific BIM standards, procedures and digital workflows.
• Establish consistent modeling practices across architectural, structural and engineering disciplines.
• Prepare and maintain BIM execution plans aligned with project requirements and delivery milestones.
• Oversee the creation, development and maintenance of coordinated BIM models.
• Review shop drawings and digital construction documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate BIM activities between architects, engineers, contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve model-related technical conflicts.
• Monitor model development to ensure information remains current, structured and suitable for downstream use.

Ideal Profile

Extensive practical knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks is required, together with a strong understanding of model coordination, shop drawings and construction documentation.
