Job summary

AECOM seeks a seasoned BIM Specialist III in Dubai to lead BIM processes for large-scale regional projects. Responsibilities include mentoring junior BIM staff, delivering dashboards, and advancing BIM maturity across project teams while staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• BIM certification such as Autodesk Certified Professional.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM implementation and management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist III to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our technical team you will be responsible for leading and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale construction projects in the region.

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for complex construction projects
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective BIM integration throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform advanced 3D modeling clash detection and coordination using BIM software
• Analyze and optimize building designs for efficiency sustainability and constructability
• Generate detailed reports and visualizations to support decision-making processes
• Mentor and train junior BIM specialists and project team members
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to resolve design and construction issues
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards in the UAE
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices
