Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Structural BIM Engineer to lead BIM workflows for large-scale projects. You will manage structural BIM models, create and review drawings in Revit Structure, ensure alignment with project requirements, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams, identify and resolve clashes with Navisworks, and review models for accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with 7+ years of structural/BIM experience.
• Expert in Structural BIM and Revit Structure with strong coordination skills.
• Familiar with BIM standards and ISO 19650; able to guide junior BIM staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural BIM models and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Create and review structural models and drawings using Revit Structure.
• Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams; resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural BIM models and ensure they meet project requirements Create and review structural models and drawings using Revit Coordinate structural models with Architectural and MEP teams Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy and quality Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed Coordinate with engineers designers and other project teams Support and guide BIM Engineers and Modelers Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical issues Ensure BIM deliverables are completed on time Maintain proper BIM organization and documentation Support the improvement of BIM processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 7+ years of relevant structural/BIM experience. Strong experience in Structural BIM. Advanced knowledge of Revit Structure. Good knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection. Good understanding of structural drawings and construction. Experience with large-scale construction projects is preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to lead and support junior BIM team members. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 is an advantage.
