• Minimum 3 years experience in business development or institutional sales in Forex, CFD, crypto or fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated success onboarding IBs/affiliates or institutional partners.
• Strong network in EU MENA LATAM or APAC regions is highly advantageous.
• Deep understanding of trading platforms, multi-asset products, and compliance frameworks.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for global financial markets.
