Job summary

M42 Health’s Insights Research Organization & Solutions (IROS) seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive clinical trial opportunities across the EMENA region. You will identify and secure partnerships with pharmaceutical, drug development, medical device companies, and global CROs in need of trial services.

You will work with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and QA to ensure seamless handoffs from business development to project execution, while tracking market trends and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8-10 years of business development experience with CROs for clinical trials.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of drug development process and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new clinical trial opportunities within EMENA.
• Identify and secure partnerships with pharmaceutical, drug development, medical device, and CROs.
• Develop competitive proposals and responses to RFPs.
• Lead contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, QA to ensure smooth handoffs to project execution.
• Provide market intelligence and report trends to senior management.
• Support vendor qualification.
• Contribute to financial targets by securing new opportunities.
