Job summary

Viatris Middle East Fz-Llc in Dubai seeks a Regional Scientific Exchange Lead (RSEL) to steer medical strategy across MENA Eurasia, translating global priorities into regionally actionable plans. The role partners with affiliates and stakeholders to drive evidence generation and cross-functional collaboration in a highly matrixed multinational setting.

Reporting to the regional leaders, the incumbent will coach regional medical teams, ensure high-quality scientific exchange, manage safety

Qualifications

MD/DO with multinational pharma experience
Ability to translate global strategy into regional plans
Strong leadership with matrix organization experience
Excellent communication of scientific data to diverse audiences
Knowledge of ethics, GCP, and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of regional medical strategies aligned with global priorities.
Build strategic relationships with external experts, societies, and healthcare stakeholders.
Provide medical input into launch readiness, lifecycle management, and evidence generation for new therapies.
Identify evolving scientific trends and unmet patient needs to shape future medical direction.
Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, Clinical Development, and Medical teams to align priorities.
