Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a senior business development professional in Dubai to identify and secure new clinical trial opportunities across pharma, biotech, and CROs. You will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and lead negotiations on budgets, contracts, and MSAs.

The role requires a proven track record in clinical research BD, deep knowledge of trial operations and regulatory considerations, and strong presentation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business development experience in a clinical research environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, site management, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully securing and managing clinical trial contracts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business analytics software.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
