Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a high-performing Business Development / Account Executive to drive Hivemind Autonomy growth across the Middle East, with a primary focus on UAE-based defense and government customers.

You will own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to close, develop territory and capture strategies, and partner with product, engineering, and operations to translate customer needs into winning technical and operational solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in business development, sales or capture in complex domains.
• Proven closing track record in UAE government or defense markets.
• Deep understanding of defense acquisition processes and procurement lifecycle.
• Experience developing and executing capture strategies for complex opportunities.
• Technical credibility with Engineering, Product, and Operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales lifecycle for Hivemind opportunities in UAE.
• Develop territory and capture strategies aligned with Shield AI's plan.
• Identify and shape opportunities through customer missions, budgets, and pathways.
• Build relationships with decision-makers, program offices, and influencers across defense/government.
• Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams and validate customer requirements.
