Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project management or technical leadership.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital projects in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT or related field; PMP or Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Exposure to React.js, cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Acceleration Program and ensure milestones are met.
