Job summary

National Bank of Fujairah is seeking a senior CCAD Manager to oversee end-to-end documentation and data control within a highly regulated environment in Fujairah. You will coordinate with business units, verify banking inputs, and supervise a team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and strong stakeholder engagement to support timely service delivery and Emiratisation objectives in a dynamic banking setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years banking experience with at least 2 years in credit administration.
• Experience leading teams in large-scale transactional operations.
• Good knowledge of banking products and risk controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and governance abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Units on documentation, limits maintenance and administration.
• Ensure documents are complete and approved before release to Business Units.
• Verify security documents for accuracy and advise on discrepancies.
• Notify Operations Control Unit for fee recovery and transfer documents to Collateral Management.
• Supervise EDMS entry and proper lodgement of security documents within CCAD custody.
• Verify core banking inputs for accuracy, including limits, risk ratings, and fees.
• Implement risk controls, monitor incidents, and support audit readiness.
• Identify improvements and collaborate with IT on system enhancements and new products.
• Lead, train, and develop the team, ensuring policy compliance and Emiratisation objectives.
• Engage stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, AML and risk frameworks.
