Job summary

National Bank of Fujairah (NBF) invites an experienced banker to oversee a large section of Trade Services operations in the UAE. You will ensure accuracy in document checking, transaction verification, and adherence to NBF procedures and ICC rules while meeting service delivery standards.

Qualifications

Education: degree in business field or equivalent.
10+ years in banking, Global Trade Products experience.
ICC rules knowledge; CDCS preferred.
Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
Ability to manage a diverse team and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

First point of contact for customer and business queries regarding the section.
Document checking, verification/authorisation of transactions within limits and SLAs.
Apply charges/waivers and maintain service level standards.
Assess risk, raise Transaction Tickets for approvals, and monitor EOD reviews.
Maintain MIS, balance files, and ensure compliance with policies.
Ensure AML compliance and adherence to ICC rules and bank policies.
