Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced API Management Lead with 6-10+ years in banking. You will oversee API gateways, developer portals and digital transformation initiatives, incorporating OAuth/OIDC, mTLS, JWT, OpenAPI and policy controls across platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kong, Apigee, Azure API Management, Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI/CD, plus IaC and AI-assisted tooling for engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in banking API management or related field.
• Experience with major core banking or digital transformations.
• Hands-on with API gateways, developer portals and policy controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer API gateways and developer portals; onboard and publish modular banking APIs; implement OAuth 2.0, OIDC, mTLS, JWT and policy controls; manage API versions, products, subscriptions and lifecycle; implement observability, analytics, throttling and monetisation controls where applicable; automate platform configuration; use AI-assisted engineering for policy generation, troubleshooting, documentation and operational analysis
