Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Banking Integration Developer to design and deliver BIAN-aligned APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations for a major core banking transformation. You will work with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, OpenAPI, Kafka and AsyncAPI, and apply cloud-native patterns across on-site deployments.

The role emphasizes automated testing, CI/CD, observability and secure AI-assisted development practices within a banking context.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of professional experience in banking integration development.
• Hands-on delivery experience in a large core banking transformation programme.
• Practical experience designing or consuming BIAN-aligned APIs.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot development experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• BIAN-aligned API development across Experience, Capability and System APIs.
• Develop RESTful APIs using established API design practices.
• Implement API integrations with OpenAPI specifications.
• Create reusable integration components for core banking transformations.
• Build microservices and event-driven integration with Kafka/AsyncAPI.
