Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a senior performance tester to elevate the reliability and scalability of our API, web, and mobile applications in a Dubai-based environment. You will design, execute, and optimize load tests, analyze latency and throughput, and collaborate with development teams to drive improvements.

The role demands 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading tools, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Proficient with major performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, Gatling) and related testing tasks.
• Experience testing API, Web, and Mobile apps for performance and scalability.
• Strong understanding of frontend rendering, API latency, and backend throughput analysis.
• Exposure to mobile performance testing tools (Firebase Test Lab, BrowserStack, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and integration of performance tests into build pipelines.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, or equivalent observability platforms for performance visualization and alerting.
• Familiarity with containerized and cloud environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and system-tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
