Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for 5–10 high-priority searches, from crafting JDs to interview loops. You will partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, maintain data hygiene, and drive fast, high-quality hires using AI-assisted sourcing tools.

In this role, you’ll manage candidate sourcing end-to-end, influence stakeholders with compelling storytelling, and help shape compensation structures with the Head of People.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• AI fluency with the ability to leverage AI tools for sourcing, outreach, and decision-making.
• Proficiency with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer management.
• Strong outbound sourcing capabilities for hard-to-fill roles.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and sell candidates on the vision.
